Baked Salmon or Trout
Ingredients

1 quantity of salmon or trout Prenzel Peach Schnapps |

Prenzel Lemon Rice Bran Oil Fresh lemon slices |

Fresh dill |
Method
Place salmon or trout in tin foil and splash oil and schnapps
over the fish.
Place slices of lemon and pieces of fresh dill along the top of
the fish.
Season with salt and pepper, fold foil to make a parcel, and bake
in a slow oven for approx 1 hour until the fish is cooked.
